Tea and Your Health

The health benefits of tea is very well documented through research and medical journals. The additional benefits of herbal “teas” are also well-researched and documented. The use of blending teas, and herbal teas and fruits are very common practices. For the good people in the US I need to say this is not medical advice, and my articles have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA, it is just the writing of someone who has researched and practiced the use of tea for maintaining my body. As I write this I am sipping green tea, with tumeric, and ginger, honey, and lemon as I enjoy symptoms of a cold trying to enter my body. As always, I would love your comments and feedback.
